Semaglutide and Tirzepatide are prescription medications used for weight management and blood sugar control in individuals with type 2 diabetes. They are not approved for use in type 1 diabetes or diabetic ketoacidosis.

Important Safety Information

Who Should NOT Take GLP-1 Medications?

Do not take compounded Semaglutide or Tirzepatide if you:

Have a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC)
Have Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2)
Have had a serious allergic reaction to Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, or any of their ingredients
Are pregnant or planning to become pregnant
Have a history of pancreatitis or severe gastrointestinal disease

Warnings and Precautions

Thyroid Tumors: Semaglutide and Tirzepatide have caused thyroid tumors in animal studies. It is unknown if they cause thyroid cancer in humans. If you notice a lump or swelling in your neck, hoarseness, difficulty swallowing, or shortness of breath, contact your doctor immediately.
